She offers individual consultations, workshops and runs a year-round Awareness Through Movement class on Saturdays on Brisbane’s Southside.

How does Feldenkrais work?

Lessons in the Feldenkrais Method teach you how to replace ineffective movement habits that give rise to pain and difficulty with simpler, energy-efficient effective ones that work better for you.

Feldenkrais teachers set up the conditions for, and facilitate neuroplastic change (rewiring your brain for improved movement function) via gentle, deft, precise skeletal touch and clear verbal instruction. Changing any habit requires practice, so Feldenkrais teachers typically give you homework, short, simple attentional and movement sequences to experiment with at home, tailor-made for you, to help you keep improving and to track your progress.
